		<description>I was blown away by the service from the small business specialist at ANZ Belmont when we met today. 

He had almost all of the answers to my questions and quickly followed up with his colleagues to get the answers I needed about internet credit card gateways. 

So number 3 customer service and number 4 be an expert - definitely paid off! I&#039;m not a customer yet but if I need service at a bank I know who I&#039;ll be calling.</description>
