The "all your needs" slogan is a cop out. If you are a paint shop, i have to assume you will sell everything i need to paint my house, its a given. So "all your needs" is a waste of sign space. Instead, try stating what makes you different from your competitor eg "We will show you how to get finished painting quicker, so you can get back to your weekend" I agree with Michael.
