		<description>This is so hard for a lot of people to do.  That is why they run when you mention business planning.  That is why they have no clear strategy for development.  Strategy to them means a plan for the day, or maybe a week. Why is it a surprise to them when they hit an unforeseen obstacle?  Of course it was unforeseen - you can&#039;t see ahead when you are looking at the ground!  As an educator this was the most difficult process getting clients to adopt.  Great article.</description>
